SUMMARY
Cutting an icon on the desktop (CTRL-X or right click -> cut) causes the icon
to go grey for a split second then revert again (almost as if it hasn't been
cut at all).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select an icon on the desktop.
2. Press CTRL-X.
OBSERVED RESULT
The icon briefly flickers grey as if it had been cut, but then reverts to its
prior appearance.
EXPECTED RESULT
The icon should stay grey if it is currently "cut" and awaiting paste somewhere
else (similar to how icons behave in Dolphin).
