Empty task manager
SUMMARY
After waking my screens items are disappeared from all task managers (both
regular and icons-only) from all monitors. It can only be fixed by restarting
plasmashell.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let your monitors turn off
2. Wake them from sleep, unlock the screenlocker
OBSERVED RESULT
Task managers are empty.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dunno what logs I should provide. When I restart plasmashell I just link this
issue in crashreport (for some reason plasmashell produces crash report when
restarted with systemd).
