            Bug ID: 518589
Summary: Toolbars should be tracked in konsolerc, not
                    konsolestaterc
    Classification: Applications
           Product: konsole
      Version First 25.12.3
       Reported In:
          Platform: Ubuntu
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Whether the Main toolbar and the Session toolbar are enabled or not should go
in konsolerc, not in konsolestaterc.

Kubuntu for example, prefers having the toolbars disabled. This is done by
using the State line in their system-wide konsolerc, as this is the only way
currently. This causes buggy behavior because Konsole on first launch does the
migration to konsolestaterc but cannot remove the line from the system-wide
konsolerc, then every time you try to change something related to the state,
the toolbars get disabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Kubuntu
2. Enable the toolbars
3. Disable remember window size / Create a new profile and set it as default /
something else...
4. Restart Konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
The toolbars are gone and you have to enable them again

EXPECTED RESULT
The toolbars are unrelated to whatever is done in 3, so they should stay

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
