I logged into Wayland today and entered the emacs command into a Konsole terminal window. I had absolutely no problems resizing the emacs window, so I agree that as of today, this bug is no more and this bug should stay in the "RESOLVED" state with the description "FIXED". The following is commentary. I may enter it as a different bug, but I will check to see if there is a similar bug report first. It's an unrelated issue, but after performing the above check I was then unable to logout using the taskbar and application launcher, because the taskbar and application launcher were missing. Killing and restarting the plasmashell did not fix the taskbar/application launcher. I had to logout using ctrl-alt-del and then select logout. I then logged into X11 to obtain the taskbar/application launcher.
