DESCRIPTION
The Kirigami.Chip control has weird issue with resizing where it gets all
shrunken when window gets resized.
Unsure if this happens in other controls.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open app that uses chips, such as Komodo with Union style enabled
2. Use this example todo.txt file

3. Resize the window so that the list grows smaller and bigger
OBSERVED RESULT
Chips get crunched
