DESCRIPTION
On Wayland (100% scaling), window decorations occasionally shift during mouse
hover over titlebar buttons, resulting in a visible gap between the window
content and the decoration.
The issue is reproducible when moving the cursor over decoration buttons (e.g.
window control buttons). During interaction, the decoration appears to shift
vertically, and the title bar can visually "lift", creating a temporary gap
between the window and its decoration.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use some custom decoration e.g. Aurorae or Oxygen.
2. Hover mouse over window buttons.
