Hi. Yes, as best I can tell, drag off window vertical limit is working much
better. Its still a bit slow- there is sort of an exponent involved where say
the first second in that drag mode you move 50 pixels in up or down scroll, and
then on second two it is 70/sec or whatever. Id prefer to see that just jump
into Medium speed and then accelerate from there. There is just no reason to
start with a crawl, since the probability of this being 1 row up is low, and if
the start speed is slow enough you can catch a couple rows motion, its not a
problem. Maybe setup this as a user preference thing (drag-scroll start speed)?

Thanks for getting it working- at least it is functional now on Windows 10,
even if it is a bit slower that it could be. Thanks again guys- the project is
improving with every release. Already pretty much the go-to option for the
niche.
