A window being fullscreen doesn't change anything at all about the ideal
brightness of the screen. We definitely won't support that.

That's not specific to games in any way. If something doesn't work as desired,
report that issue, not a possible workaround for the issue.

Yeah, that shouldn't happen. Does it happen only with mpv, or also with
different video players?
