Dolphin opened in Bulgarian and with Breeze Dark, problematic tooltip visible
DESCRIPTION
"Press Shift for more information" tooltip using black text with dark themes
when the language is switched (observed with Bulgarian)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Dolphin, with Plasma in Bulgarian, open the main right click menu
2. Hover over an item that has a keyboard shortcut specified
OBSERVED RESULT
The text in the tooltip is black and unreadable
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be light
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): KDE Neon in a VM and my personal CachyOS installation
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
