DESCRIPTION
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Steam Game
2. Press Windows key or whatever key you normally use to open taskbar
3. Observe bottom right hand of screen.
For Konsole:
1. Open Konsole.
2. Open another app that brings the taskbar to a non-floating state (such as a
fullscreen browser, etc).
3. Drag Konsole to the bottom right of the screen and move it around there.
OBSERVED RESULT
The screen in that particular area only glitches.
EXPECTED RESULT
That the bottom right of the taskbar would remain normal (non-glitchy) and that
the Konsole app would not glitch out, as well as the taskbar, when moving it to
the bottom right area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is happening on my Samsung Odyssey G70B monitor at 3840x2160 VRR @ 144Hz.
Intensity varies, but is generally annoying.
