STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open 15 images.
2. Select the last one.
3. Hover over Gwenview Panel icon to show its preview miniatures.
OBSERVED RESULT
The pre-scroll feature from Bug 499716 only goes 90% of the way.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should pre-scroll 100% of the way for the last image.
