First, I did not know about the "t" key to reset the date to today. That
definitely helps. I also figured out that left clicking below the oldest
transaction creates a new transaction. The results mentioned below are using
this new found option, using CTRL + INS and right clicking in the ledger and
selecting New Transaction.

When I read your repose yesterday (7/1), I added a new transaction to KMM. It
defaulted to that days date. I tried it it many accounts. Same thing happened.
So I thought I was losing my mind.

This morning I just added a new transaction and it set the date to 8/1. I did
thisi on 2 computers. Same result. I recompiled KMM on both, same result. I
have tried this in several accounts, same result.

The random number generator seems to be working again.
