Unfortunately, there is no SE folder in the internationalization section of the Kdenlive code repository. Kdenlive is the work of enthusiasts donating their free time to the development and maintenance of the software. Same applies to the online documentation and managing the user community (like here). And translating the UI, commands, and actions of Kdenlive is also done by volunteers.
