            Bug ID: 523739
Summary: Plasmashell not shown on secondary virtual outputs
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: xdg-desktop-portal-kde
      Version First unspecified
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
When we select "Share virtual screen" in more than one screen-sharing session,
the same virtual output gets mirrored across the 2 sessions. Those outputs can
be manually separated by going to "Display & Monitor" settings.
After separation, normal operations such as window movement continue to work
fine in the new outputs, but plasmashell fails to load on them. Plasmashell
loads on only 1 of the virtual outputs. That output shows windows, but there is
no wallpaper visible, and the right-click desktop menu doesn't appear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a screen sharing/recording application such as OBS Studio.
2. Add multiple Screen Capture sources, and select "Share virtual screen" in
each of them.
3. Go to System settings -> Display and Monitor, and separate the outputs.

OBSERVED RESULT
Out of all the virtual outputs, the wallpaper shows on only 1 of the outputs;
the rest appear as a black background. Wallpaper is rendered by plasmashell, so
plasmashell is not loaded.

EXPECTED RESULT
All virtual outputs should load plasmashell.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Restarting plasmashell with "kquitapp6 plasmashell; plasmashell & disown"
command doesn't seem to work.
