DESCRIPTION
After updating shared-mime-info system package from 2.4.5 to 2.5.1, there's
regressions related to how dolphin handles shell scripts.

Tested with frameworks v6.29

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure shared-mime-info 2.5.x is installed on system
2. Open dolphin, navigate to /usr/bin.
3. Double (or single, depending on settings) click on any shell script

OBSERVED RESULT
with shared-mime-info v2.4: double click on shell script shows three option
dialog (open with kate, launch, cancel)
with shared-mime-info v2.5: double click on shell script shows two option
dialog (launch, cancel)

EXPECTED RESULT
three option dialog (open with kate, launch, cancel) should be present with
every shared-mime-info version

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
