And I do remember this kind of rendering glitches up until the workaround for QTBUG-126577 was added. I don't understand why you override the global text render type set in qqc2-(desktop|breeze)-style, why spectacle has to be special and the only application with different (and broken) text rendering on the system. And notice how "ь" is perfectly rendered on this system settings screenshot.
