By the term "glyph," I am actually referring to that small white dot (a node) that controls a character's position within a text. It serves as a guide to manipulate (anchor, adjust) letters along a path, or to resize and adjust letter spacing. This “node" indicating the start of a word, appears when clicking with the text tool on a vector layer, but the letters themselves do not show up. I hope this makes it clearer. Sorry for the mix-up, and thank you so much for your fantastic work in creating such a versatile app!
