Fix translation of Windows shell extension kdiff3_ext compiled its strings into the "kdiff3" domain, but their translations live in po/*/diff_ext.po, installed as diff_ext.mo. Since kdiff3.mo exists too (for the main app) but doesn't contain these msgids, the context menu silently fell back to English. As this is for Windows, I was not able to test it, but I think it _should_ work, the fix is simple enough:-).
