In Linux the context menu language is determined by that dolphin uses. It does not respond to the setting in kdiff3 itself. This suggest an inherent and intended behavior that may not be changable. For windows the equivalent would be explore.exe which is where the context menu loads and would get its language setting. In other the context menu should respond to overall display language not the one in kdiff3.
