Unlike a normal stand-alone application the context menu is load as a library
in a another process. This means it will translations will need to be setup
without the help of QApplication which plays a role initializing Qt/KF
translations. Thinking if there's a way to tie its notation of language to what
kdiff3 is using.  In the interest of keeping this plugin light-weight I'm
looking a porting to use gettext as the translator. Even once done it may
default to the explorer language settings as this is where the code runs. I
have a first attempt which does not respect kdiff3 settings my main windows
setup is English only so I can't change the display language for windows
itself.
