DESCRIPTION
When there is no picture set as avatar, which means the avatar shows the
initials of the user, the user list doesn't update the characters in the avatar
when the name of the user (not to be confused with the username) gets changed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new user, lets call the user "Cachy"
2. Set no picture as avatar, so that the avatar shows a big "C"
3. Change the name of the user to "Cachy OS" and apply
OBSERVED RESULT
The avatar in the user editor changes correctly and now shows "CO". The avatar
in the user list shows the old "C" until you leave the user section and open it
again.
EXPECTED RESULT
The avatar in the user section should also immediately change to the new one
