Currently, KSystemLog does not support ISO 8601 timestamp formats in
/var/log/syslog (e.g., standard rsyslog/systemd-journald ISO timestamps like
"YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS+hh:mm"). As a result, log entries using this format fail
to parse the date correctly when displayed.

Please add support for parsing ISO 8601 date/time formats in the syslog
reader/parser within KSystemLog.
