DESCRIPTION
I was disabling the clip monitor and library, and noticed that when I swapped
to a different workspace, it would reset and re-enable them. I moved a few
other elements and noticed they'd also reset to their default positions when
swapping to a different workspace. This doesn't seem to be exclusive to Editing
tab.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make any changes to a workspace
2. Swap to a different workspace
3. Swap back
OBSERVED RESULT
Interface resets back to the defaults (positions, closed/opened tabs), after
changing workspace.
EXPECTED RESULT
Interface to keep changes regardless of changing workspace.

I did check on a virtual machine running Debian 13 and had the same issue
occur.
