Scheduler: persist the "Re-schedule errors" option The "Re-schedule errors" checkbox in the Scheduler's aborted job management box was loaded from the `RescheduleErrors` option but never saved: the generic settings sync looks options up by widget name, and `errorHandlingRescheduleErrorsCB` does not match (`Option "errorHandlingRescheduleErrorsCB" not found!` in the debug log). It was therefore unchecked again after every restart, and failed jobs were never rescheduled. This saves it when toggled, like the error handling delay next to it. Compile-checked against master.
