Stacktrace from default toolbar (swap home/view and swap back , then press
apply)

Restoring to default always triggers a crash.
DESCRIPTION
Gwenview crashes when applying changes to toolbar config if the sidebar is not
present but AligningSpacer and hamburger_menu are

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Gwenview with default settings : Toolbar at the top with default
choice of tools
2. Make sure there is no sidebar by either : a) being on "Home" (click house in
the top-left corner) ; or b) opening an arbitrary image, then press F4
3. Edit the top toolbar (right-click on it, select "Configure Toolbars")
4. Unlock the "Apply" button by making a small change, e.g. swap order of
"Browse" and "View"
5. Press Apply
6. -> Gwenview Crashes

OBSERVED RESULT
Crashes
changes appear applied on next launch

EXPECTED RESULT
Does not crash, dialog stays open, changes visible

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: CachyOS (17.10.2026); crashreport is with kwmlgui and
qt6-base from Arch because Cachy didn't find debug symbols
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0-1
Qt Version: 6.12.0-3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sorry if this was better reported in KXmlGui

Restoring to default toolbar always triggers the crash.

The changes are successfully saved before the crash.

The crash does *not* occur when there is no "Sidebar Alignment Spacer" (5th
element, between "View" and "Seperator")
The minimal setup consists of removing all elements, except "Sidebar Alignment
Spacer", "Separator" and "Open Menu" (it also seems to be important that the
last element is "Open Menu").
Bringing the toolbar into this state does not trigger the crash, but when
swapping "Separator" and "Menu" twice to unlock the apply button (no net
change), it crashes.
