The image is the window that briefly shows when i reconnect my mouse
DESCRIPTION
Notifications of all kind show as a blur and the blur when you enter your
password at the login screen isnt there anymore. I have tried disabling and
enabling blur at the desktop effects tab on system preferences, didnt make a
difference.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to latest plasma desktop
2. Unplug and plug mouse (for example)
3. Show notification
