Installed KOrganizer with supporting components. Attempted to insert a new
remote calendar via CARDAV protocol. The remote calendar is found and set in
the dialog, but clicking "Apply" button (shows active) does not affect any
action and the calendar is not inserted.
URL is "https://cal.above.im/SOGo/dav/.../Calendar/personal"; and is found and
recognized, but not applied. ('...' denotes personal account details, and was
omitted here; username and password are also omitted here).
This address and credentials work in all other devices I've attempted to sync
to the remote calendar, such as Thunderbird mail, even on the same machine.
