SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot OS, or place new/fresh Simple Menu widget on a top panel
2. Activate Simple Menu either by clicking icon or activating keyboard shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
Simple Menu is displayed mostly off-screen at the top of screen when using top
panel. This ONLY happens during the first activation of Simple Menu either
after booting or after placing the widget and only using a top panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
Simple Menu is displayed fully on-screen from first activation on top panel.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 18.04
