System Settings > Icons > Icons > Configure Icon Sizes :
The "Configure Icon Sizes" button should display a dialog that's wide enough to
show all the *full names of the icons* (without ellipses) you're able to
resize, instead of placing priority on being the same width as the button
you've clicked.
