SUMMARY
Klipper should be opening with the shortcut of Meta+V (based on Beta blog post)
but it's not working. I looked at the configuration options of Klipper and it
seems as though no shortcut is set to load Klipper at mouse position which is
what I assume is the intended action.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update Kubuntu 21.04 to use 5.21.90 via Backports PPA
2. Attempt to use Meta+V
OBSERVED RESULT
No action occurs
EXPECTED RESULT
I dont know what is meant to happen but I assume Klipper should load at mouse
position.
