SUMMARY
can't save/export file in any folder, despite having full permissions for my
preferred folder.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open krita on my computer i guess
2. try to save anything/let autosave try to save
3. error: cannot open file for writing
OBSERVED RESULT
literally cannot save at all (or even export), in any folder (unless i start
the program in administrator mode)
EXPECTED RESULT
i'd like to be able to save my progress/export my art.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
i have tested other programs such as gimp, and they can save files in the same
folder that krita is unable to. please do not dismiss this as "not a bug" like
the other similar report, it is clearly a krita specific problem.
