Halla Rempt <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Platform|Compiled Sources |Microsoft Windows CC| |[email protected] Severity|critical |normal --- Comment #1 from Halla Rempt <[email protected]> --- No, this is a problem specific to your system. Because, of course, Krita can save its files, it does so on millions of other systems. Also, the log shows you have been able to properly save files many times. The problem seems to be: 30 May 2024 00:56:49 -0700: Completed saving C:/Users/BoxFort/AppData/Local/Temp/.krita-10564-document_0-autosave.kra (mime: application/x-krita). Result: Cannot open file for writing. Reason: The file could not be opened.. Warning: . Size: 0 Krita first saves to the temporary folder, then checks whether that succeeded, and then copies the file to the real location. For some reason, on your system, Krita cannot write to C:/Users/BoxFort/AppData/Local/Temp/.krita-10564-document_0-autosave.kra -- apparently the file it tries to save there is zero bytes after saving. Since we don't have access to your computer, it's very hard to determine why this might be the case. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
