thank you for taking the time to point me in the right direction, now that i
know that krita saves to a temp folder first i can test to see if that folder

thank you for taking the time to tell me about krita saving to a temporary
folder. now that i know where it is, i have resolved the permissions issue. i
was unable to find a solution through google like i normally do, hopefully this
one can help others solve the issue themselves.
