Why? It would be strange for the tech organization/community like KDE, IMHO of course. PS: I reread the https://topnonprofits.com/examples/vision-statements/ list, and also looked at http://www.lifehack.org/articles/work/20-sample-vision-statement-for-the-new-startup.html.
