I have already asked Jussi to make changes, and he would be okay with a
fair use section, however, actually writing the license is the problem
since this is a complicated issue.

So some advice from someone who knows how to write a license would
certainly be appreciated (since I also don't feel that I know enough
about that legal stuff to write a license).

Is there someone specifically that the meson project / I could ask about this?
