I would love to see Solaris become the premiere Free Desktop platform.

At last check, he was still working on libquicktime for 3.5.7 with the
logic being that all of the dependencies were shared between 3.5.7 and
4.0.

I think 3.5.7 would be best for folks wanting a stable environment,
that's just me though. I'm certainly more interested in 3.5.7 than 4.0
at the moment from a user perspective.
