Hier geht's nicht um cache, sondern um
/var/www/keimform.de/wordpress/wp-content/widget-cache, wenn ich das richtig
sehe. Gehört das auch www-data ?
Bei mir kommt jedenfalls immer noch dieselbe Fehlermeldung.
