Nope, I'm referring to the stacked git project, which combines the
concept of quilt into git.  But it doesn't have a notion of remote
stacks or anything, yet.

This is following the model other areas of the kernel use as well, it's
just that I git flows down, but isn't recreated again and again, where
it flows down to (w/o extracting and redoing the changes), which is why
I want people to still send regular GNU patches, for the time being.
