Hi everyone,

The purpose of this email is to maintain some sort of regular
meeting/brainstorm session among us so that we can get this project going.

So far, we are awaiting for Ali's decision in regard to the Team Management
software and Project Planning. The website issue is pretty much resolved as
well.

I wish to create a discussion with you about our business model. Some
things are already mentioned in Ali's first documents about Kibo, but there
are others that are not. Strategically speaking, most of the standards are
already done - Mission, Values, Company culture, and so on.

I'll skip to the interesting part most in regard to my fields of expertise:

*Kibo's services:*
Ali made a list. Can we keep that list? I mean... Do we have human
resources to cover all those areas? If not, how can we recruit people to
those areas?

*Kibo's Finances:*
Let's call it Cash Flows. So, we have defined how our cash inflows are
going to occur, but we didn't defined out would the cash outflows would be.
That means, where to invest money we receive from our services. Salaries,
technology, knowledge, founding the company... These are a few
possibilities to invest money. we need to define which ones to go for, at
least in the first phase(s).
By the way, I strongly disagree with latest update in this section unless
this proposal is just for an initial phase.

*Kibo's management team:*
It's important to deliver responsibilities among those enlisted in this
project. Since we have people working all around the world. Also, timezones
can toughen our job and delay our deliveries. It is not an easy task to do,
but I believe it is also essential - and not only in this initial phase.
Please give your 2c on this and please propose any method you'd like.

*Kibo's marketing plan:*
It is not included in Ali's original file, but it's something I'd like to
bring up to discussion. Basically, I'd like to discuss the following topics:

   - In phase 1, the goal is to test our idea/concept. People will have to
show their interest in us. However, how will they be aware of our existance?
   - After phase 2, how will we keep creating customer awareness?
   - What can we do to fight back against those stubborn company guys that
simply love Windows and they will immediately withdraw our services since
we will be Linux-based (even though some services might not be even
   IT-related)?
