Your proposal seems logical and fair enough. However, I meant other leaders
for specific departments so that other projects can keep running even if
you guys are too busy or don't have enough time to approve anything in
particular.
I have to admit though, the three you mentioned are the most important ones
for phase 1. It is important that you three are active enough to keep the
project running then.
