I was thinking of finding one (or two) persons in each category that Ali listed and have them as the team lead/manager. Using the idea of the Lubuntu Admins team [1], where the team leads/managers can update the others and also ask for help, ect. I think the head leads/mangers/admins should be the founders which is Ali, Phil Whiteside, and me.
