Hello Nick, Ya I made the thickness on by default ( it doesn't make much performance differences). The cylinder is a bit noticeable because.. it is a bit low polygon and in the previous implementation, the thickness was added to the polygon planes (in a different way) I may increase the poly count of the vias cylinders to make it less noticeable.
Another note: - Also on OpenGL mode there is a preview mode: While you moving, it will not show the thickness ( so you can get a move fluid movements on big projects :) and on old cards ) Mario Luzeiro ________________________________________ From: Nick Østergaard [[email protected]] Sent: 07 March 2016 06:42 To: Mário Luzeiro Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Kicad-developers] Some new sweet features on the new 3D-Viewer 2016-03-06 22:30 GMT+01:00 Mário Luzeiro <[email protected]>: > >> I see your implementaiton of the holes in the mask now. Maybe because I usually don't have the show thickness option enabled? I don't think you need to make any changes here, it was just something I noticed when testing and I commented on it. > > Mario Luzeiro _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kicad-developers Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kicad-developers More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
