I don't mean to be harsh, but if you need a component - make one of your own and then publish the library (and module).
This is the price to pay for opensource (or should I say non-profit) way of doing things, but it's also the freedom to do what you like with the software.

I translated the GUI to Slovene - it's far from perfect, but it's a step. Now I am in the process of making some libraries with the components I need. After some testing I'll publish them.

On the other hand, I agree with the idea of global repository for library elements.
