Kicad is relatively new so there is bound to be fewer library 
components. You can post your components on the Kicad web page or this 
user group or even I suppose at the wiki.

Kicad is open source and this is a user group. If you feel something 
like the gedasysmbols projeckt is required hten by all means go ahead 
and start one. I am sure we will all support you.
