Hi Patrick,

Each module has an anchor defined.
when you move a module you can see the X-Y coordinates down on the status bar. 
Select the smallest grid in order to have a more accurate position.

With the space key you can define a new origin anywhere in the layout. The 
absolute origin doesn't change. If the mouse is not very exact, you can move 
the module with the arrows.
