Hi, I'm trying to print out a layout (for toner transfer). The board is nothing fancy, all 0.1 inch spaced components, through hole. On the printout each pad has a hole in it, but the holes are uneven sizes and shapes, and many of them cut out of the pad altogether, sometimes at the point where the track joins the pad so breaking the circuit.
I've played with changing the drill size options, but it doesn't appear to make any difference, on screen or printed out. Can anyone suggest what's going wrong and more importantly how to fix it?
