Hi, When making changes in the schematic you have the option of re annotating (renumbering)new symbols/parts only or all of them at once. Before creating the netlist did you do an electrical rule check and did you reannotate the schematic. It's best to follow these steps when making changes. Also which version are you using just in case it's a bug (for the benefit of developers please mention this).
