I've just been using the binaries so far. I tried compiling on my Debian system but had problems and didn't have time to track it down. > 1) Is the problem happening when using the latest Nov-2007 release > candidate? Yes, I tried the latest RC off the kicad sourceforge main page, and the RC from Jean's website which was a little newer. I also tried the files on my linux machine with the same crash. I went back to the latest stable version (2007-07-09) and it worked fine. > 2) Can email me your board files with exact instructions on the menu > choices you use to reproduce the problem? Do I need to send the any module libraries or are the modules embedded in the board file? As I mentioned I did get a previous version to plot the files, but I'll send you the file anyhow in case you want to look at it for debugging. BTW, where is a good place to get prototypes made inexpensively with solder mask? I'm looking at pcbfabexpress.com right now but am interested in other options. Thanks, Moses
