Again, The Eagle .brd file format is not the same as the KiCad .brd file. It's just a naming habit and a .brd extension is rather obvious... If your PCB manufacturer can't read Gerber files(?) You are seriously overdue to choose another manufacturer! Besides! Make a CD with the Windows and Linux version of the softyware and bring it to your manufacturer. Show him how to make Gerber files by selecting "plot" from the file menu of the PCB tool. //Dan
