Hi,

Sorry to hear you had no luck with the snapshots. I cannot recreate
this issue though, I went back to my old board and checked it and
everything seems fine. If it is not a sensitive board, email me all of
it's files and I'll see if I can re-create the problem or see what the
problem is for you.

You might try from the main menu Miscellaneous->Track Operations and
see if that helps you out for the future.
